How KenyaPoll Works
KenyaPoll is built to run citizen-centric polls with strong integrity controls. Polls can be scoped nationally, countywide, constituencywide or wardwide, and can enforce location rules and verification rules depending on what the creator needs.
Create a Poll
A creator enters the poll title, description, timeline and candidates (minimum 3). Candidate colors are assigned automatically so results remain consistent across voting and reporting.
Choose Territorial Scope
Every poll has a geographic scope. For county polls, the county is locked but voters can still select their constituency and ward within that county. For constituency polls, the ward is selected within the locked constituency. Ward polls are fully locked.

Integrity & Verification
KenyaPoll can run as public polls or enforce identity controls. Depending on creator settings, voting may require SMS OTP or IPRS verification (where enabled). Integrity checks prevent duplicate voting.
Results Visibility
Polls can be configured to show results during voting (LIVE), or only after the poll closes (AFTER CLOSE). This reduces bandwagon effects when creators want an end-of-poll reveal.

KenyaPoll is an opinion polling platform and is not affiliated with IEBC. Poll results are not official election results. KenyaPoll does not fabricate or manipulate vote counts. Attempts to mislead users may result in suspension.
